Insurance for Goods in Self Storage
All goods stored must be insured to their value, this may be covered by customers' own Home Contents Insurance or Commercial Business Insurance. If not, insurance can be bought on line from specialist providers of self storage insurance.
The premium rate applied to this sum insured will be £1.50p per £1000 (0.15%) per month.
This premium will also be subject to the addition of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) at the Current Rate of 5%.
There is a minimum premium per 30 day period of £7.50 plus IPT (i.e. £7.88).
Premiums are paid via Worldpay secure payment facility by credit or debit card.
